EPPO Reporting Service (2008/157) : discovered in August 2008 on trees in a private garden in Worcester (Worcester county), under eradication.
Other findings were then made in other localities. In 2014, eradication was achieved in Suffolk and Norfolk counties but is continuing in Boston and Brookline.
