Comments
From NPPO (2008): according to surveys, A. glabripennis has never been found in Turkey.

EPPO Reporting Service (2015/068) : according to a publication (Ayberk et al., 2014), several specimens were found in July 2014 in Zeytinburnu (near Istanbul) on trees of Acer negundo in the garden of Abdi Ipekçi Sport Hall and along a street. However, this finding is not confirmed by the Turkish NPPO, as official investigations are still ongoing and have not detected the pest.

EPPO Reporting Service (2016/205) : NPPO confirms that the publication of Ayberk et al. (2014) corresponded to a misidentification of A. chinensis. Surveys have confirmed the absence of A. glabripennis.
