Comments
The record of Amauromyza maculosa in Brazil comes from an early version of the EPPO data sheet on this species. It has not been independently confirmed, so should be regarded as doubtful.

CABI map 593 gives Spencer (1981) and Etienne & Martinez (1996) as references from Brazil. Both are secondary references, so the exact situation remains a little doubtful.

Monteiro et al. (2019) record its presence in the state of Para.
