Ipa amitinus and Wood importation in Sweden
On June 1, 1975, the Swedish import regulations will be slightly amended as follows :
The importation of unbarked coniferous wood from areas considered to be infested with the beetle Ips amitinus is prohibited.
The prohibition is in force during the period June 1 - October 15 inclusive.
The countries considered to be infested are the German Democratic Republic, Finland, Poland and the Soviet Union.
