Change in phytosanitary regulations of Sweden


The following changes enter into force on 1990-07-01 and are here expressed in the form of the EPPO summaries of phytosanitary regulations:

  1. Beet necrotic yellow vein furovirus, Opogona sacchari, Thrips palmi and tomato spotted wilt virus should be added to List·I of prohibited organisms. Thus it is prohibited to import any plants infested by them.

  1. Under commodity-specific requirements, requirements are now made as follows


Woody plants

All pot-grown plants and cuttings

Herbaceous plants

All pot-grown plants and cuttings

Cuttings of Euphorbia pulcherimma

Cuts flowers and branches

All cut flowers


Free from Frankliniella occidentalis
