Citrus tristeza closterovirus
As reported in EPPO Reporting Service n° 497, strains of citrus tristeza closterovirus (EPPO A2 List) can be differentiated by their dsRNA, and also by peptide map analysis (P. Moreno & J. Guerri, IVIA, Moncada, Valencia, ES; abstract St. I-1-9).
