Amendments to the phytosanitary regulations of the United Kingdom
The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food of the United Kingdom has amended the Plant Health (Great Britain) Order 1987 so as to:
        -        add Bemisia tabaci to the list of harmful organisms which
                are prohibited on imports into the United Kingdom and
                notifiable when found;
        -        remove the requirement for radishes and horseradishes
                imported from the Netherlands to be free of leaves;
        -        expand the provisions relating to the importation of
                specified cut flowers which may host Liriomyza huidobrensis
                so that they apply to all third countries in addition to
                the Netherlands.
This amendment came into force on 1991-08-23.
