Distribution of Phialophora gregata
Recent studies on the distribution of Phialophora gregata (EPPO A1 organism) indicate that the fungus has been established into the EPPO region.
The new distribution list of P. gregata:
EPPO region: Egypt (potential EPPO country), Hungary (unconfirmed) and Yugoslavia.
Asia: Japan
Africa: Egypt (also EPPO region)
North America: Canada, Mexico and USA
