Occurrence of Cryphonectria parasitica in Hungary
Cryphonectria parasitica (EPPO A2 organism) continues to be present in the chestnut plantations of southern and south-western Hungary. The other parts of Hungary and the chestnut propagation territories are practically free from infection according to the regular phytosanitary inspections.
