Several EPPO A2 quarantine pests found in Greece

The Benaki Phytopathological Institute, Greece, has published a list of diseases of cultivated plants. This list is based on the diagnosis of plants sent by state agricultural services, agricultural cooperatives, individuals and scientists during the years 1970-1980. It includes several quarantine pests for which no previous record was given by the Greek Plant Protection Service.
The following are recorded for the first time in Greece: barley stripe mosaic hordeivirus, Ophiostoma ulmi, grapevine flavescence dorée MLO, pear decline MLO, potato stolbur MLO and tomato spotted wilt virus.
