Portugal accepts amendments of the International Plant Protection Convention
EPPO Reporting Service n°507/13 presented the list of the countries which are parties to the International Plant Protection Convention. Since then, Portugal has accepted the amendments introduced in 1979.
Now 4 EPPO member governments adhered to the original Convention but have not accepted its amendments:

Greece
Italy
Malta
The list of EPPO countries which are not parties to the Convention is not modified (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Poland, Switzerland). At present 95 states are parties to the Convention and instruments of acceptance of the amendments have been received from 55 Contracting Governments.
