Synchytrium endobioticum spores transported by car
Spores of Synchytrium endobioticum (EPPO A2 quarantine pest) were detected in 8 % of soil samples from passenger compartment floors of vehicles leaving Newfoundland, Canada by ferry. This was reported by by Hampson and associates in Newfoundland.
