First report of Xanthomonas arboricola pv. pruni in France
The French Plant Protection Service has recently informed the EPPO Secretariat that three foci of Xanthomonas arboricola pv. pruni (EPPO A2 quarantine pest) were discovered in peach orchards in the south-east of France. This is the first report of X. arboricola pv. pruni in France. Further surveys are being conducted on the extent of the contamination.
