Phyllocnistis citrella is present in Mexico
A paper present at the XX International Congress of Entomology reported that Phyllocnistis citrella arrived in Mexico in 1994. Programmes of integrated pest management are being developed against this serious citrus pest. The EPPO Secretariat had previously no information on the status of this pest in Mexico.
