Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2011/130) : detected in 2 properties in south-east Victoria during surveillance activities. Studies have also confirmed that a stored sample from an earlier survey conducted in Western Australia in 1992 was infected by P. syringae pv. actinidiae (but the current status of the disease in this state is not known).

In 2018, an outbreak was confirmed in a kiwifruit orchard. Under official control (Promed, 2018).
