------- Emerging and causing dieback in western Washington since 2017. Previous reports in Washington have been limited to one sample collected in 1968 on a dead A. pseudoplatanus in Whitman County, Washington (450 km east of Seattle) and one sample collected in 2007 from a fallen branch of A. macrophyllum in Lewis County (100 km south of Seattle).
