Presence of Phthorimaea operculella in USSR
The potato tuber moth P. operculella has now been found in several southern regions of USSR. It can now be considered to occur locally in that country. It has been transferred, in USSR regulations, to the list of pests of limited distribution subject to internal quarantine control.
